We all all get to participate! Too often in this Christian life, we relegate healing, prophesying, preaching, evangelizing, teaching to a select special few. We operate from an Old Testament model. But in this New Day, God has promised to pour out his Spirit on ALL – young and old, male and female. His Spirit levels the playing field. We all get to participate.

So what is stopping you from participating?

Fear of failure? What if I pray for someone and nothing happens? What if I attempt to prophesy and I’m wrong. Im part of a prophetic Equipping class and each week we give testimonies. My favorite are those where the person stepped out in faith and got it wrong. Because the true testimony is that they got it wrong, they took a risk and they didn’t die. Most often than not the person to whom they were talking was blessed. There is NO FAILURE in God because he works ALL things for our good.

Feelings of inadequacy? Every single person ever used by God was flawed. But He has equipped us with every spiritual blessing in Christ Jesus. You are uniquely valuable. You express God like no one else can. The world needs your expression of Christ. You were not called to be just like your pastor or favorite teacher. You were called to be you and you are needed in this world.

So my friends, go out and participate today! Pray for someone. Prophesy. Teach. Heal. Evangelize. If you are male or female, young or old you qualify. You have been equipped with every spiritual blessing!
